DataVisualization.Charting Cursors, Zooming, and Scrolling (Chart Controls)

I like the Zooming and Scrolling features of these Charts but find it difficult to find in the Chart Control. It is at:
Chart Areas > CursorX >
IsUserEnabled = True
IsUserSelectionEnabled = True
